We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating sales strategies, setting targets, building client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals across products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
Set and track sales targets for individuals and teams.
Identify new business opportunities and key growth markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.
Participate in negotiations and close high-value deals.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting software.
Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions.
Industry-specific experience (e.g., FMCG, real estate, logistics, etc.) is a plus.
