Sales Manager Tobacco(african Market)

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has deep understanding and knowledge of imports and has great connections overseas.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Cigarette sales volume and generate new business leveraging potential customer network.
  • Proactively search and find new business opportunities to meet company objectives (commercial and brand strategy).
  • Reach sales targets and defined sales KPIs as assigned by the senior management.
  • Achieve quarterly, bi-annually and yearly sales targets.
  • Develop contacts with customers to ensure long term sales and profitable orders.
The Successful Applicant will have
  • Proven work experience in sales manager role in a cigarette manufacturing company
  • Preferably has contacts in the tobacco industry
  • Hands on experience in international sales
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum bachelor\'s degree in relevant field
  • 05-07 years\' experience in Tobacco or Cigarette industry in UAE is a MUST
  • Experience in cigarette imports
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective influencing skills
