Sales Manager to African Countries

Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment by increasing sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.
Develop a new customer base and generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive the growth of all product lines.
Grow the popularity of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products in African Countries by developing and integrating sales and marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Perform market research process to determine market requirements.
Present strong branding to drive growth in existing and new markets.
Profit and loss responsibility within each trade channels.
Nurturing high level relationship with the customers and stakeholders.
Managing the large corporate accounts at a national level and sales team and its budgets.
Analysis of sales forecast and achieve sales targets.
Create account generation plans for different regions and territories that align with the company objectives.
Position each brand opportunity in the market.
Work with regional sales team.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and various other MIS reports related to sales to the management.
Perform research and identify new potential customer and new market opportunities.

Requirements and Skills

Must be a graduate in any discipline with minimum 8 years of Retail Sales experience in Alcohol Beverage/any FMCG products.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough knowledge about African market.
Willingness to live and work in African Countries.
Ability to influence the customer with high level sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership skills with strong organizational and planning skills.
Knowledge of CRM software\xe2\x80\x99s and Microsoft office suits.
Candidates age must be in between 30 to 40.
