Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the telesales team's daily operations and performance.
Create strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
Motivate, coach, and train team members to enhance productivity and conversion rates.
Monitor individual and team KPIs and take necessary actions to meet goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align sales campaigns.
Address escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in telesales or sales management, preferably in the ecommerce or retail sector.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills in
Malayalam, English, Arabic, and Hindi
(mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Currently residing in the UAE and available to work from the office.
