Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for
smart home systems
, including lighting, AV, HVAC, security, shading, and integration solutions.
Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities through developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, technical discussions, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and project closure.
Collaborate with technical and design teams to deliver customized smart home solutions.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging smart home technologies.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business, or related field
.
10-15 years of project sales experience
in
Smart Home / Home Automation
systems within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of smart home platforms such as
KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron
, and other leading technologies.
Established network with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Valid
UAE Driving License
(own car preferred).
