company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and result-driven
Sales Manager
to lead its sales operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in signage or advertising sales, solid industry contacts, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Lead the sales team and provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring
Identify and approach new business opportunities across corporate, retail, government, and real estate sectors
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender documents
Coordinate closely with the design, production, and installation teams for project execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company services
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Ensure timely collection of payments and client satisfaction post-delivery
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of proven experience
in
signage sales
(indoor, outdoor, digital, wayfinding, or exhibition stands)
Strong network and understanding of the UAE signage and advertising market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client handling skills
Leadership qualities with experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
