We are looking for a results-driven and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and direct our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent sales team management & leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance across the team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, developing & spearheading sales team and ensuring each team member meets or exceeds their sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Hold full accountability for the results of the sales team.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, carry out continuous evaluation of their performance, and take actions necessary to achieve high individual performance and accountability across the sales team.
Drive team members to consistently achieve their monthly sales targets through guidance, motivation, and performance management.
Regularly monitor and evaluate team members' daily performance, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
Provide hands-on support in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic closings.
Assist team members in closing key deals and handling high-value clients.
Conduct team meetings effectively to review performance and set action plans.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
5-6 years of proven experience in sales and sales team management.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and sales metrics for performance improvement.
Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Pay: 8000 AED/month + Sales Team Target-Based Incentives
