to oversee all aspects of the yacht sales process--from client acquisition and relationship management to closing high-value deals. You'll work with discerning clients, manage a sales team and ensure our targets are not just met but exceeded.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales of new and pre-owned yachts, ensuring exceptional customer service
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry partners
Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets
Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions
Collaborate with marketing to promote listings and brand visibility
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury yacht market, pricing, and competitors
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Qualifications:
Proven track record in luxury sales--preferably in yachts, high-end real estate, or similar
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to understand and sell complex, high-value products
Strong network of HNW and UHNW individuals is a plus
Passion for the marine/luxury lifestyle
