Build and maintain relationships with Russian-speaking investors and buyers.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct property presentations and negotiations with clients.
Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns for Russian markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
Fluent in Russian and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities and team management experience.
Knowledge of UAE property market and legal procedures.
