Job Description
ARTE Consulting\'s HR branch is looking for a Sales Manager for one of its clients. Our client is a real estate agency established in 2023 in the United Arab Emirates by a team of highly qualified and talented sales managers, specialised in Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).
Tasks
Within the agency, your role will be to :

Compensation
Depending on profile.
Basic salary + commission.
Tasks
Within the agency, your role will be to :
- Generate customer leads according to the methods provided by the company ;
- Greet customers at the agency and by phone ;
- Control the various stages of the sales process: delivery, collection of payment,
- Analyse sales results in order to optimise figures and take corrective action ;
- Draft reports, fill in dashboards and manage staff schedules ;
- Conduct market research ;
- Organise meetings.
