Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards. Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation. Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs. Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team on menu planning and specials. Maintain accurate financial records including sales reports, budgets, and profit margins. Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and attract new customers.

Sales Manager

Proven experience in sales, preferably in [ hospitality, FMCG, etc.]. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base. Analytical and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
