Job Description

1) Formulate an effective sales strategy to drive new business and achieve the sales targets
2) Passing the brokers exam and getting a brokers card to be able to close transactions at Dubai Land Department
3) Train the real estate sales team on daily basis to achieve business goals
4) Going for viewings and client visits along-with the sales team when required to help close the deal
5) Have up to date information about the UAE real estate market, laws, rules and regulations, new developments, changes
6) Oversee the marketing campaigns for the real estate business and suggest ideas that can result into increase in sales / leads
7) Actively reach out to developers, agents, business councils and anyone necessary to develop a robust network of clients
8) Attend networking events on behalf of the companies/ group
9) Actively look out for business and clients for rest of the group in order to support the management and group of companies
10) Calculate and coordinate commission payouts to the sales team with the accounts department
11) Travel if required for work purposes to meet international clients Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Real Estate Brokerage: 2 years (Required)
