- Sales Manager Company: Baron Prime Real Estate Development Location: Al Quoz, Palladium Building, Dubai Position Overview Baron Prime Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, proven leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward success. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to achieve company targets and business growth. Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and deliver excellent customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate partners. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and initiatives to support sales activities. Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate development sales within the UAE market. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, RERA regulations, and client management. Strong network of real estate investors, brokers, and property consultants is a plus.
