What are you going to do?
As Sales Manager you are responsible for the development and achievement of sales goals, plans and activities of the related BU products/services in assigned territory. As Sales Manager your main tasks is:
Technical knowhow with a keen eye for sales
Sales of spare parts for two- and four-stroke engines for the marine industry
Ensure support to agreed sales budgets for assigned customers in region are met
Follow up on agreed IGC Plans
Ensure value based selling approach on all large quotes / bulk orders / solutions
Overall responsible for closing of orders and sales budgets
Build and maintain optimal relations with Customers, IGCs and PC stakeholders
Develop and implements marketing plans, oversees the sales budget
Regional coordination between customers/IGCs and headquarters Collect & communicate market intelligence / competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities, project opportunities
You can help us with these qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
Commercial Background preferably MBA
Demonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regionalmarket
Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels
Seasoned sales / marketing experiencewith 5 to 10 years of related experience, preferably in the marine industry
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction and intimacy orientation
Excellent skills set required in areas such as communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions design, legal implications of terms and conditions and project managementat the most senior level of customer
Strong networker, engaging, well aware of the local market and within MAN ES
