Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead and grow our

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

and

Car Detailing

division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing the sales pipeline, leading a motivated team, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales and client relationship management.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of automotive detailing, PPF applications, ceramic coating, and surface protection solutions, combined with strong leadership and customer service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals for PPF and detailing services. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with car dealerships, rental agencies, and fleet operators. Actively source leads and manage client relationships from initial inquiry to closing the sale. Develop and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and customer loyalty programs. Represent the company in exhibitions, car events, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence. Forecast and analyze sales trends, prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, and provide insights to management.

Client Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients, car enthusiasts, and corporate customers. Provide expert consultation to customers regarding PPF grades, ceramic coatings, paint correction, and detailing options. Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring the highest satisfaction level. Conduct follow-ups post-service to maintain customer engagement and encourage referrals.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and motivate the sales and customer service team to deliver consistent, high-quality performance. Conduct daily briefings, set individual targets, and monitor team performance against KPIs. Coordinate with the detailing and PPF installation team to ensure smooth job flow and service delivery timelines. Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about the product range, service pricing, and technical applications.

Operational Coordination

Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams for material sourcing and pricing negotiations. Ensure effective inventory management for PPF rolls, ceramic coatings, and detailing consumables. Collaborate with marketing to develop visuals, content, and digital campaigns for social media and lead generation. Maintain accurate documentation for sales transactions, quotations, and customer records.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Growth in customer base and repeat business percentage. Lead conversion rate and sales closing ratio. Team performance and retention. Customer satisfaction rating (measured by feedback and reviews). Market share growth within the region.
