You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and market expansion.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and lead a sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs and sales performance metrics; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all perfume products and effectively communicate value propositions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand strategy.
Event Participation:
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of sales experience in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools
Flexibility to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international markets and global distribution channels
Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic, French, or Mandarin) are a plus
