Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Manager - Off-Plan
to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan sales, a strong network within the Dubai property market, and the leadership skills necessary to drive a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan projects.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about new launches, competitor activity, and market trends.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to the sales team.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and events.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in off-plan property sales in
Dubai
.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and major developers.
Proven sales track record in off-plan properties.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
RERA certification is a plus.
