Job Summary:
The Sales Manager (Off-Plan) will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve off-plan property sales targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Management
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly off-plan sales targets.
Lead and manage the sales team to maximize performance and conversion rates.
Identify new market opportunities and potential projects for collaboration.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to ensure continuous improvement.
Set individual sales targets and monitor daily activity and performance.
Conduct regular meetings and coaching sessions to motivate and guide the team.
Client & Developer Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
Attend property launches, networking events, and exhibitions to promote company presence.
Negotiate terms and close high-value deals with clients.
Ensure the team delivers excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming off-plan projects.
Provide insights and feedback to management on pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Off-Plan Manager position in Dubai or UAE.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market and RERA regulations.
Valid UAE Driving License and RERA certification preferred.
