The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our office furniture sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the office furniture and decor industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. - Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations. - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in office furniture or related industries. - Strong knowledge of the office furniture market and trends in the UAE. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively. - Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
