We are seeking an experienced Sr Sales Manager - Off Plan for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai (Business Bay).
The position involves managing client portfolios, identifying investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. A strong ability to build relationships, close transactions, and maintain customer satisfaction is essential.
Remuneration: Attractive Salary + Commission

Qualifications
Strong expertise in sales, property management, and off plan/secondary real estate market operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market or broader Middle East region
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Valid driving license is mandatory
Preference will be given to candidates with a self-sponsored visa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
