The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving market growth, and building a strong customer network in the motorcycle and powersports segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve/exceed sales targets and expand market share.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams with clear KPIs and performance monitoring.
Train sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling escalations.
Deliver accurate reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Ensure effective use of CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in motorcycles/powersports or automotive sector.
Strong understanding of motorcycles, market trends, and competitor dynamics.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools.
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Customer-focused with ability to build long-term business relationships.
UAE Motorcycle License is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
