BrandXB is a fast-growing marketing and consultancy agency based in Dubai, delivering cutting-edge solutions in branding, content creation, social media, public relations, and F&B consultancy. We're expanding our team and looking for a
dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager - Media
with strong experience in media sales and agency work.Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and close deals with clients across sectors (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.). Pitch BrandXB's services (Social Media, Branding, PR, Web, Photography, etc.) to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to develop tailored proposals. Identify market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the media/marketing/advertising industry (agency background is a must). Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong network and database of potential leads is a plus. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
