The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the company meets and exceeds its sales targets. This is a client-facing role that requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the media and advertising market.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
2-5+ years of proven experience
in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or OOH (out-of-home).
Prior experience in a
sales leadership or managerial role
.
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and manage client relationships at senior levels.
Valid
Qatar Driver's License
and car (role requires client visits/outdoor meetings).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving results under pressure.
