*Selecting and recruitment of Insurance Advisors
Training, coaching and mentoring the team
Reviewing performance of the team members periodically (daily, weekly and monthly)
Conducting daily morning meetings with the team and setting business plan for the day
Joint call and field activity along with team members
Setting and achieving sales targets on monthly basis
Monitoring daily sales call of team members
Qualification and Experience:
*Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University
*Insurance Sales Experience in UAE
*Minimum 2 year's UAE experience in managing a sales team.
*Hold a valid UAE driving license with car.

Able to conduct interviews to select qualified advisors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
