Sales Manager

to lead our business development efforts.

Job Summary:

The

Sales Manager

will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, expanding the client base, and ensuring profitable project acquisition within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the

furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out industry

, excellent client-handling skills, and an established network in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development and client acquisition in line with company targets Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, designers, and key decision-makers Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals Collaborate with internal teams (estimation, production, and project) to ensure alignment on project deliverables Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Ensure regular sales reporting and forecasting to management Lead, guide, and support junior sales team members as needed Provide outstanding client service during and after project handover

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

in sales within

joinery, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage

UAE Driving License is mandatory

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
