Sales Manager - Interior Fit Out
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and interior contracting sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Lead the sales cycle from inquiry to closing, including preparation of proposals and presentations.
Collaborate closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to deliver competitive and timely bids.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and presentations.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the fit-out/interior contracting industry within the UAE.
Strong client network in Dubai and the wider UAE market (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple leads effectively.
Valid UAE driving license.
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
