We are seeking an Arabic Speaking female *Sales Manager* for our clients with experience in Luxury brands (jewelry, clothing, and accessories) industries.

At the outset, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the traits of a successful Sales Professional and should execute and put the company on the map and contribute to a larger initiative designed to help it do more business.

:

• Sourcing and qualifying leads, approaching & retaining client relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities
• Increase market share and maintain leadership through market penetration, attaining lead referrals from existing clients and regular updates from various sources
• Provide adequate sales support and customer service to existing clients as required
• Maintain and further develop contacts to generate additional leads through various
• Establishing new alliances with industry-related companies
• Visiting trade fairs and developing contacts
• Manage and record leads generated via Marketing/PR activities implemented by the company
• Competitive intelligence on new product introduction, project overview, and future developments
• Establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
• Draft Management reporting formats and provide assistance in organizing special networking events as required

Criteria:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience either in Luxury, Art, Hospitality, Jewelry, or fashion-related industries.
• Has worked with Luxury brands (jewelry, clothing, and accessories)
• Must be able to run the showroom independently using initiatives as required/discussed.
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Eye for detail and hunger to learn and grow.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good PR in the local and GCC market.
• Outgoing and approachable who has experience in dealing with all levels of customers (From Walk-, Trade, and VIPs).
• Preferably between the ages of 25 to 40 years.
• UAE residents will be preferred.

Education:

University Graduate/Diploma holder & above from a recognized University/Institute.
