Job Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced and result-oriented Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives in the industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, electrical/instrumentation products, and proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base. Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred). Minimum
10 years of experience
in sales and business development preferably withinindustrial automation
or related industries.Bilingual (Arabic & English)
