. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and achieving business growth within Qatar.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand the company's HVAC & refrigeration spare parts sales portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
5-8 years of experience in HVAC & refrigeration spare parts sales within Qatar.
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Must be under 35 years of age.
Good knowledge of the Qatari market and existing client network preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
