We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy of our organization.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Collaborate with the General Manager to identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client base
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Mentor and coach junior sales team members to enhance their performance
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products or services
Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to clients
Assist in resolving customer complaints and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Opera PMS Software is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
