Job Description
Job Summary: To make sure that the hotel is marketed properly in all the business sectors, occupancy must be according to the set budget for the year; rates are within the set rate guideline duly approved by the executive office & the smooth regular flow of banqueting business. Responsibilities for Sales Manager
- Targeting new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining existing relationships.
- Establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, partners, and contacts
- Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives
- Develop and promote product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows
- Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
- Other duties assigned by the Top Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
