Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HORECA Sales Manager to lead and expand our hospitality sales operations across hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering, and institutional clients. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, strengthening key partnerships, and expanding market presence within the HORECA channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the HORECA sales strategy in line with business growth objectives Manage and grow relationships with key HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, institutions) Lead, coach, and manage the HORECA sales team to achieve targets Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration Drive product listings, promotions, and distribution within the HORECA channel Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
Requirements:
Proven experience as a HORECA Sales Manager or in a senior HORECA sales role Strong background in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Hospitality distribution Established HORECA customer network Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strong commercial and business development mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
