Sales Manager - High-End Construction Projects

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Manager -High End Construction Projects for

a well-established construction company specializing in

luxury villas, commercial office buildings, industrial facilities, and developments up to G+12

.

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships, and closing sales within the luxury construction and office fit-out sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients in the luxury construction and office fit-out sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of sales experience

in the construction industry (UAE experience required) Valid

UAE driver's license

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Bachelors Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
