Sales Manager – Gcc Market

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies for the UAE branch and GCC markets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in publishing, distribution, and printing sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.

Prepare and analyze regular sales reports and performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that support sales growth.

Monitor GCC market trends and competitors, providing recommendations for business development.

Represent the company at exhibitions, book fairs, and industry-related events in the region.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure business growth and increased market share.


Qualifications:



Proven sales experience (5-7 years minimum), preferably in publishing, cultural, or educational products.

Strong knowledge of the GCC market, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Strong analytical and reporting skills for data-driven decision-making.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a sales team.

Valid UAE driving license.


Benefits:



Monthly salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000.

Attractive sales commission.
