WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Minimum 5-10 years of real estate
sales management
experience
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies
Conduct weekly meetings to review performance, leads, and sales pipelines
Motivate the sales team, set KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of targets
Provide continuous coaching on sales techniques, RERA compliance, and market updates
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners
Provide clients with professional guidance on market trends, project insights, and investment opportunities
Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and contract finalization
Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance referrals and client retention
Ensure the sales team adheres to RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) guidelines
Work closely with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and property promotions
Provide insights into digital advertising, CRM, events, open houses, and exhibitions
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales materials
Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, negotiations, and client interactions in CRM systems
Prepare monthly sales reports for management
Train, and supervise a high-performing sales team
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
