Role Overview
You will establish and lead a new real estate brokerage from the ground up. This includes setting up the operation, hiring and managing a sales team, registering the company with developers, overseeing digital marketing leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build the brokerage division from scratch (SOPs, CRM, sales process, reporting).
Recruit, train, and lead a team of brokers (off?plan + secondary).
Register the brokerage with all major developers (EMAAR, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, etc.).
Maintain relationships with developers and secure priority inventory access.
Drive monthly sales transaction targets across off?plan and secondary markets.
Monitor digital marketing campaigns (paid by company) and ensure leads are converted.
Provide weekly reports and performance tracking to management.
Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market.
Strong track record in off?plan and secondary (residential + commercial).
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken).
UAE driving license mandatory (car allowance provided).
Experience setting up operations from scratch and managing sales teams.
Ability to meet monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.
Male or female candidates -- preference for female.
Arabic Speaking is mandatory !!
