- Manage the team of Sales Executives, contributing to recruitment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensures strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
