Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic Sales Manager who can identify potential corporate and consumer clients of training services and close the deal through professional sales approach. She/he will work as a sole entrepreneur who will be managing the end to end business development to sales activity. Job is target driven and above average commission will be paid for the closed sales. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 1. Research the potential training service opportunities in the market, identify the potential customers and convert them to clients.

  • Conducting face to face and over the phone consultations with the clients Converting leads into sales and achieving your sales target every month.
  • It is a target driven role and therefore applicants Must be consistent in achieving sales targets. You will be having weekly and monthly targets on sales conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Make sale calls and convert the lead to become customers. Candidate will be making outbound calls to know the customer needs and offer the best possible solution offered by Vibe Education.
  • Influence customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. Act as a source of information for potential clients seeking advice and services.
  • Telephone or email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
  • Schedule appointments to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations or meetings.
Preference will be given to candidate who can Conduct Training Sessions on English Languages and/or can teach university/school subjects.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
In addition to the above responsibility, she/he will be performing admin tasks of training institutes such as maintaining lead records, students attendance, etc. Candidate will also work in Marketing activities such as doing daily advertisement, content writing, digital marketing, etc Skill required
  • You should be fluent in English.
  • Excellent sales technique and confidence in speaking with potential clients face to face and over the phone.
  • Excellent Leadership skill
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • marketing and negotiating techniques
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
