As Sales Manager - Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:

• Proactively support the efficient operation of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring the highest levels of financial performance and guest satisfaction
• Actively and enthusiastically formulate and execute plans to drive F&B outlet performance thorough both internal and external guests
• Effectively build corporate and other third-party relationships in order to deliver group business into the F&B outlets
• Work effectively with Director of food and beverage to generate promotional plans and strategies to drive overall F&B outlet business performance

• Develop and manage F&B revenue driving strategies and actions in order to increase guest numbers and drive overall revenue
• Identify and target business opportunities, actively pursuing these to drive actualization
• Collaborates with the F&B service and Culinary Team to develop and implement innovative menu offerings based on guest and market feedback
• Communicate effectively across all hotel departments in order to build strong knowledge of F&B promotions, activations and products to driving sales
• Drive alignment of all colleagues, team leaders and managers to ensure strong messaging of key initiatives and promotional material to all stakeholders
• Effectively handle guest feedback and requests in order to ensure total satisfaction and drive loyalty
• Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage

• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must have 2+ years working in a sales capacity in a luxury environment
• Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
