Job description: Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve annual export sales goals and grow AMSAAL market share on a global level across all channels, including Antivenom manufacturing facilities, Research centers & Researchers on a global level. The incumbent will be part of AMSAAL leadership team reporting directly to Commercial Director. AMSAAL is seeking to hire:
Sales Manager (Export)
No direct reportees.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management \xe2\x80\x93 Global Level
Advance export sales development strategies to capitalize on business opportunities and open new channels
Enlarge customer base (Antivenom Companies, Research Centers & Researchers ) by searching, building, and maintaining rapport with customers.
Prepare database in collaboration with Business development Manager.
Develop global market analysis, identify opportunities & do investment evaluation up to implementation and final realization
Meet antivenom companies\xe2\x80\x99 personnel for business development.
Formulate action plans that improve sales productivity, customer-service standards, and sales system improvement
Export Sales/Cost Forecasts and Annual Budgeting
Manage the whole export process from the order receipt till the delivery of venoms in coordination with operation.
Prepare annual sales strategy, and set export sales targets for each region MEA, Europe, USA, APAC & LATAM.
Create sales objectives by forecasting annual sales, projecting expected sales volume and profit for AMSAAL venoms.
Optimize sales volume by keeping current with operations, changing trends, and global competitors.
Follow up payments and pre-payments for orders; provides coordination of delivery with operation team
Partnership Management
Work closely with Commercial Director to ensure export sales achievement, compliance with legal policies, procedures, and regulations
Monitor & report the internal and external progress.
Synergize with peers Business Development Manager & Marketing Manager to excel and overachieve.
Maintain and improve relationship with Antivenom Companies, Research Centers & Researchers, and local regulatory authorities
Required Qualifications and Experience
MBA is a must.
Bachelor\'s degree, ideally in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or life science.
Proven 10 years track record in an Export Sales Role in a multinational or regional company of which 3 years in the UAE.
Be a consultative, technical sales individual, with a strong commercial background in the export market.
Be comfortable in travelling frequently with no restrictions across multiple regions in MEA, Europe, USA, APAC & LATAM
Ability to generate leads and fulfill sales targets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and business software (ERP, CRM, etc.), Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
Presentable.
Own a private car & a valid UAE driving license.
Additional Information
Excellent relationships with regulatory & registration authorities in the UAE
Fluency in English is required, Arabic is desirable
