Job Description

We are a leading manufacturing and distribution company based in Dubai, UAE. Our company's focus is on manufacturing quality food and beverage products that allows us to meet the needs of a variety of markets, including the Middle East and African markets. We are currently looking for a candidate who can successfully handle and manage customer relations in our export markets, knowledge and experience in a food trading background; thereby enhancing our ever-growing Sales Team. This B2B sales role will require an in-depth understanding of the market, analyzing and evaluating customer and market needs. The role will also involve negotiating pricing, and successfully closing deals on all available opportunities in the assigned market. The ideal candidate will be the one who can/is:

• Actively seek new accounts, opportunities and business
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships
• Efficiently and effectively meet and surpass assigned sales target
• Effectively and efficiently manage responsibilities in-office (Inside Sales) and on field customer visits
• Highly self-motivated and quick to pursue internal promotion opportunities

Qualifications an ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the business of Food Trading
• Export Sales experience in the Middle East and Africa market
• Proven and demonstrated Sales Experience in FMCG food products (Condiments, beverages, jams, etc.)
• Fluent English-speaking kills; any additional language will be considered favorably
• Competing knowledge of: Microsoft Office, CRM/Sales Reporting and other relevant technologies
• UAE Driver's License (Recommended)
