Job Title: Sales Manager -- Exhibition Stands & POP Displays
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 4,000 - 8,000 per month (plus commission)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 3-5 years of proven experience in the exhibition stands and point-of-purchase (POP) display industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets of AED 100K-150K, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for exhibition stands, event setups, and POP displays.
Achieve monthly sales targets of AED 100,000 - 150,000.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, presentation, and proposal preparation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and exhibition organizers.
Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately delivered.
Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote company services.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Provide creative input and suggest new ideas to improve service offerings and market reach.
