Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented candidates to join our team in Dubai. This is a pure sales role, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing Global Derivatives Commodities clients, institutional, corporate clients & high-net-worth individual (HNWI clients in UAEand the wider GCC region. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and strong network to drive revenue growth across a diverse range of financial products.
Qualification:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in futures and options sales at a reputable brokerage.
A strong existing client base in the commodities and metals industries.
A transferable client portfolio is highly advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements related to derivatives trading.

Responsibilities
Business Development:
Actively acquire new clients within the commodities and metals sectors, focusing on those who require futures and options for hedging purposes.
Leverage your existing client network and industry connections to generate new business leads.
Sales & Marketing:
Promote our Exchange Traded Derivatives and US Equities products and services to potential clients.
Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Onboarding & Compliance:
Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on trading procedures, risk management, and relevant regulations.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly revenue targets by driving sales and maximizing client engagement.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your client portfolio.
