Sales Manager

who can help us scale by bringing in the right clients.

Your Mission:

To lead the charge in

growing our client base

driving revenue

, and

building strong business relationships

across key industries. You'll be the front line of the agency, identifying opportunities, pitching our services, and securing deals that align with our capabilities and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant industries (F&B, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, etc.) Create tailored sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets Lead client pitches and presentations in collaboration with the creative team Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Develop a solid understanding of our service offerings to confidently position them to prospects Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handovers post-sale

Requirements:

3+ years of sales/business development experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields Strong client network across Dubai and the wider GCC is a big plus Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
