Sales Manager Events And Exhibitions

Job Description
This role requires someone working/having adequate experience working in a contractor company. Exhibition/Events Sales manager will be required to drive new business development, manage and retain existing accounts, prospect for leads and maximise sales revenue. Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify key new business clients and sales targets within their universe
- Make cold calls to create a strong pipeline.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries relative to assigned shows
- Visit and canvas at competitor and industry events and monitor their activities and to develop a systematic understanding of their strategies and practices
- Arrange meetings and regularly meet with customers, prospects and event partners in person and via calls and Zoom
- Make outgoing sales calls to new and existing prospects across the territory.
- Achieve set targets for sales, outbound calls and all other KPI\'s
- Manage sales budget and maximize revenue .
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting .
- Sourcing and developing your own leads as well as utilizing leads from current database .
- Reporting all revenues and weekly progress to senior management
- Negotiating and managing contracts
- Working closely with the designers in-house to help develop creative designs
