Job Purpose
To lead and manage daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving overall store performance.

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Achieve monthly sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
Implement retail loss prevention measures and ensure store security standards are followed.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to adjust strategies when required.
Maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and senior management.
Ensure overall store presentation and operational compliance. Qualification
Bachelor's degree
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Fast learner and adaptable to dynamic retail environments. Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role (retail preferred; other industries may be considered).
Experience in electronics retail is an advantage.

Skills Required
