About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow residential and/or commercial real estate sales operations. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships while ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
Recruit, train, and develop sales talent.
Client Relationship & Deal Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and partners.
Oversee negotiations, deal structuring, and contract closure.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Marketing & Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Represent the organization at property exhibitions, events, and networking forums.
Support branding initiatives and market positioning efforts.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to real estate regulations, policies, and ethical sales practices.
Maintain accurate sales records and client documentation.
Support audits and regulatory reviews as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
6-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership responsibility.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and regulations.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
