Sales Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, including Sales Consultants, to optimize performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage key accounts and complex negotiations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management.
- Proven track record in a Sales Manager role, preferably within the UAE real estate development sector.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and forecasting.
