Job Position - Sales Manager
Company Name - SBK Properties
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Market Segment: - B2B Sales - Freehold Property Sales (OFF Plan)
Are you a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for real estate?
To join team immediately and help drive our expansion in the Dubai freehold property market.
Key Responsibilities:-

  • Build & manage relationships with top broker firms
  • Develop a strong partner portfolio
  • Handle contracts, KYC compliance & CRM updates
  • Provide market insights & close deals
  • Achieve sales targets & submit weekly MIS reports
Requirements:-
  • Experience in UAE freehold real estate sales - Off Plan Experience
  • bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication & market knowledge
  • RERA certified (advantage)
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Sales Experience Developer companies is added advantage
  • Preference for immediate joiners who can work with us at our new lounges in Studio City and Dubai South.
