We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join IIQAF in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Hospital/Health Care industry. You will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
At IIQAF, the Sales Manager position is crucial for fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be involved in exciting projects that focus on promoting our products and services, increasing market share, and optimizing sales processes to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Analyze sales data, trends, and reports to improve performance and maximize sales opportunities.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the senior management team.

Requirements:
